Keeping up with your favourite football teams participating in the FIFA World Cup can send your regular sleep patterns into a downward spiral.
Why?
Because as of now I've only had two hours of sleep in the last 24 hours.
When I usually have to get 12 hours of sleep at the minimum if I were to function optimally throughout the remainder of the day.
I know spending half a day sleeping isn't the healthiest of lifestyles, but when you're on a devastatingly long holiday with entirely nothing to do, sleeping would be the most beneficial activity you could do.
Oh no, very unhealthy. :(
